Public Dashboard Highlights Housing Industry Trends

The VisualCalc Housing Dashboard transforms detailed, complex housing data into interactive, easy-to-interpret graphs and charts – called indicators – that highlight important U.S. housing trends, including home prices, home price indexes, homeowner and rental vacancy rates, home sales, and interest rates. Most of these indicators can display data at the national, regional, or state level. These indicators help users spot trends that otherwise might go undetected or unnoticed.
